A reputable hospital in Aiken, SC is seeking a board-certified Non-invasive Cardiologist to join their cardiology team. Responsibilities include diagnosing cardiovascular conditions, managing patient care, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team. This East GA Hospital in Augusta, GA is recruiting a board-certified/board-eligible Non-invasive Cardiologist with expertise in diagnosing and treating cardiovascular disease. The practice will be based in Aiken, SC.
The hospital is a 581-bed community facility specializing in adult care across two campuses, with multiple cardiology clinics throughout Richmond and Columbia Counties in the Augusta area. To improve access, we are expanding general cardiology services to include a 40 to 50-mile radius in South Carolina.
The selected Cardiologist will work with a team of advanced practice providers and nursing professionals. Mobile cardiac diagnostics will be available. Inpatient rounding is scheduled every fifth week, with a 1:10 on-call rotation.
Location: Aiken, South Carolina, a charming mid-sized city near the Georgia-South Carolina border, offers a low cost of living and easy access to major metropolitan areas such as Atlanta, Charlotte, and Greenville, SC.
Staffing: Currently, there are twenty-five cardiologists supporting Interventional Cardiology, Structural Heart, Electrophysiology, and Advanced Congestive Heart Failure, along with fourteen advanced practice providers.
