Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• EMR experience is preferred.
• Vital signs experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and accurately document patient medical history.
• Obtain and accurately document vital signs: HR, SpO2, resp, BP.
• Complete lab requisitions.
• Prepare and sterilize exam rooms for patients.
• Perform 12-lead electrocardiograms.
• Placement and monitoring of cardiac event monitors.
• Assist with treadmill diagnostic tests.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; manage patient documents.
• Maintain charts with HIPAA-compliant confidentiality.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure timely report submission.
