Job summary

Qualifications

• Current American Heart Association (BLS) certification for healthcare providers is required before start date.
• Proof of completion of a Medical Assistant Program or at least one year of Medical Assistant work experience, or current active and in good standing RN/LPN license to practice nursing in Montana.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver the highest level of customer/patient satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care under the clinician's direction and assist with gathering information relative to the visit.
• Communicate clearly with patients seeking care through different modalities including telephone and in-person interactions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support patient care; attention to detail and follow-through are key.
