Description:

• Weekly Rotation Schedule: Monday " Friday, 8:00am " 4:30pm
• STEMI Call: 1:3
• Call: 10 days of call per month
• Potential outreach to Chesterton, IN and LaPorte, IN
• Strong mentorship available from seasoned physicians already in practice
• Opportunity to build large, busy practice quickly
• Telehealth offered
