Responsibilities
  • The physician is responsible for recording a detailed medical history of each patient in the electronic medical record, including but not limited to, chief complaint, present condition, individual history, and family history.
  • Performing appropriate physical examinations of each patient.
  • Analyzing reports and findings from tests and examinations to assess the patient's medical condition, including diagnosing injuries or illnesses and formulating a prognosis.
