Interventional Cardiologist Opportunity in Western NC

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interventional Cardiologist to join a team of experienced cardiologists, nurses, and support staff in Western North Carolina. This full-time position is based in a 30,000 sq ft facility equipped with multiple Cardiac Cath Labs, a Pacemaker & ICD clinic, cardiovascular imaging, and a dedicated EP lab, with a 1:4 call schedule.

The role involves inpatient and outpatient interventional cardiovascular care supported by dedicated APPs, with 2-3 days per week in the cath lab. Responsibilities include:

• Performing diagnostic and therapeutic interventions in two Cardiac Cath Labs, including coronary and peripheral procedures
• Providing 24/7 STEMI coverage
• Supporting catheter ablation and device implantation in the dedicated EP Lab
• Utilizing cardiovascular imaging such as echocardiography, PVRs, carotids, arterial duplex, and stress testing
• Ambulatory cardiac monitoring
• Managing the Pacemaker and ICD Clinic
• Participating in care within the CVICU and Cardiology Progressive Care Unit
