Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Clinical Applications Specialist to support software implementations across cardiology departments. This 12 Month Contract role is remote in the United States, open to candidates from either Invasive or Non-Invasive Cardiology backgrounds.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a hospital Cath Lab, Cardiology, or Cardiovascular Imaging environment.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations.
• Experience delivering training and presentations to clinical end users.
• Ability to travel up to 75% across North America.

Responsibilities

• Analyze current-state workflows and recommend best practices
• Configure applications and support customer implementations
• Develop training plans, documentation, and customer-specific workflows
• Deliver Super User and End User training remotely and onsite
• Support implementation, pilot, testing, and go-live activities
• Troubleshoot issues and provide ongoing customer support
• Collaborate with clinical teams, administrators, and IT stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
