Job summary

NYU Grossman School of Medicine is seeking a Physician Assistant for the Bellevue Cardiology/EP Lab. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient medical care, coordinate treatments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required qualifications include a BA-PA, NYS PA license, NCCPA certification, and BLS. Prior PA fellowship or clinical rotation experience is preferred and will support duties across multiple cardiology

Qualifications

• PA degree and NYS PA license required.
• NCCPA board certification.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Experience as a physician assistant or PA fellowship preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive medical care with evidence-based practice.
• Educate patients and families to support health care decisions.
• Evaluate and adjust treatment plans per clinical protocols.
• Prescribe medications and select therapies per NYS laws.
• Coordinate research studies or trials when applicable.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality care.
