Salary and Benefits:

• Salary: $800K base, $75K SOB, $60K retention (3 yrs)
• $75K Sign-On Bonus and up to $15K relocation assistance

The Cardiologist - Electrophysiologist Job Description:

• Full-time, direct hire opportunity
• Mon-Fri schedule with flexible shift lengths

Responsibilities:

• Perform inpatient and outpatient electrophysiology consults
• Conduct stress and continuous rhythm monitoring to assess treatment effectiveness
• Follow-up care for patients with pacemakers and defibrillators

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited School of Medicine (Allopathic/Osteopathic)
• Completion of an accredited Electrophysiology Fellowship
• Unrestricted IL Medical License or ability to obtain one
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• Strong skills in cardiac electrophysiology, including complex catheter ablation, device implants, lead management, and lead extraction (a plus)
