Tufts Medicine's MelroseWakefield Hospital is looking for an EKG/Holter Scanner to support cardiology services. You will perform Holter monitoring, ECG procedures, and data downloads, ensuring accurate documentation and timely reporting to cardiologists.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and either completion of a Cardiac Dysrhythmia course with a competency checklist or one year of Holter monitor experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Certificate of completion of Cardiac Dysrhythmia course and core competency checklist OR One (1) year experience with scanning Holter monitors.

Responsabilidades

• Perform Holter scanning and ECGs with accurate documentation.
• Download and review Holter monitor data and Ambulatory Event Monitor transmissions.
• Notify cardiologist of significant findings and arrhythmias.
• Maintain and stock department supplies; prepare exam rooms.
• Ensure timely reporting and proper placement of reports.
• Educate patients about procedures and expected timelines.
• Adjust schedule to cover shifts as needed.
