Advocate Health is seeking a Cardiac Device Registered Nurse (RN) to join the AMG team in Libertyville, IL. The role centers on evidence-based, compassionate care within an ambulatory Cardiac Device clinic, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes.

The RN will provide comprehensive care, coordinate nursing processes, and advocate for patient needs while adhering to professional standards.

Qualifications

• BSN or equivalent nursing degree required.
• RN license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification required on hire or within 60 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience; EP/Device clinic experience or 5+ years cardiovascular experience.
• Proficient in interpretation of EKG/cardiac rhythms/arrhythmias.

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care using the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Deliver care per established standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead with evidence-based practice to create the safest patient environment and best patient experience.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to advocate for patient needs.
