Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN/CMA will support Cardiac Team (RNs, Physicians, and other providers).
• Provide direct patient care in ambulatory care setting to contribute to Essentia Health's mission.

Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Monitoring: perform routine assessments, vitals, histories, and observe symptoms.
• Coordination of Care: collaborate with physicians and other providers to implement care plans and follow-up.
• Patient Intake and Preparation: gather histories, update information, and prepare patients for examination or testing.
