HCA Healthcare's Mission Hospital in North Carolina is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for the Medical Cardiology unit. The CNC will coordinate patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team, support admission and discharge processes, and work with leadership to improve outcomes.

Coaching and staff scheduling are also part of the role. The position requires RN licensure, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and ACLS/BCLS within 30 days.

Qualifications

• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree or work experience in lieu of degree.
• ACLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• BCLS within 30 days of employment start date.
• 1+ year RN experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, evaluate and deliver high-quality patient-centered care with a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Support improved outcomes by collaborating with leadership and subject matter experts.
• Provide coaching, feedback and training to staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling.
