Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school or nursing diploma.
• Bachelor's Degree Nursing recommended.
• RN license - Arkansas or Compact State.
• 1 year nursing experience (Nursing - 1 year of experience).
• AC Model of Patient and Family-Centered care competency and related professional standards may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provides a competent level of nursing practice to autonomously provide safe and effective patient- and family-centered care.
• Analyzes, thinks critically, plans, prioritizes, and organizes care; makes appropriate clinical judgments.
• Uses knowledge and experience to manage routine and unexpected clinical situations.
• Mentors and participates in interdisciplinary rounds, hand-offs, and documentation to ensure continuity of care.
