• Assists physicians and nurses with procedures as defined on competency checklist.
• Documents patient history and coordinates care plans with the team.
• Performs clerical duties: greet patients, registration, scheduling, and insurance forms.
• Records vital signs, height and weight, and screening data in the medical record.
• Maintains clean, stocked exam rooms and inventory; supports equipment checks.
