Job summary

Samaritan Health Services at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis, OR seeks a Clinic Technician (EMT) in Cardiology for a full-time, day-shift role. The position is on-site, 40 hours per week, Mon-Fri, 8am–5pm, with a starting bonus and relocation assistance available.

You will assist practitioners with procedures, handle telephone prescription orders and refills, maintain patient records and relay test results, and perform delegated tasks under supervision.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered Oregon Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) or Paramedic licensure required.
• Experience or training in medical terminology preferred.
• Lab/EKG experience preferred.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioner in performance of procedures.
• Process telephone prescription orders and refills.
• Maintain patient records and relay test results.
• Perform delegated tasks of direct and indirect patient care under supervision.
