Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in APC field and successful completion of accredited APC program.

• Must maintain national certification.
• Current valid and unrestricted license to practice as an APC in Kentucky.
• BCLS (American Heart Association) required.
• ACLS as required for position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the physician-led team in accordance with State Law and approved Medical Staff privileges.
• Autonomously manage patient care while collaborating with other health professionals to ensure high-quality, cost-effective care.
• Contribute to decision-making through clinical reasoning, research, and evidence-based practice.
