Job summary

Maintain national APC certification, hold a Kentucky APC license, and ensure BCLS/ACLS compliance as required for the position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and successful completion of accredited APC program.
• National certification from the appropriate national certifying agency for the APC.
• Must maintain national certification.
• Current valid and unrestricted license to practice as an APC in the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
• BCLS required through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS as required for position.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care as part of the physician-led team in accordance with State Law and approved Medical Staff privileges.
• Collaborate with other health professionals to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care.

Education

Bachelor's degree

Terminal degree in APC field (preferred)

National certification for APC

Current license to practice as APC in Kentucky
