Endeavor Health Cardiovascular Institute in Glenview, IL seeks an Advanced Practice Provider (APN/PA) for General Cardiology. This inpatient role supports physicians, performs history, exams, orders imaging and labs, and provides treatment plans in clinic and hospital settings.

Licensed APN or PA in IL with DEA and CS licenses required; Master's degree in the specialty, BLS/CPR, and prior cardiology experience preferred though motivated new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• License: Advanced Practice Licensure (APN) or Physician Assistant (PA) Licensure in IL.
• DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License required.
• Master’s level program in specialty area completed.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides care to patients under collaborating physician supervision.
• Obtains detailed history, performs exams, orders imaging and labs.
• Interprets results and prescribes therapies as appropriate.
• Collaborates with healthcare team to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Maintains records and writes progress notes in clinic and hospital settings.
• Promotes wellness and educates patients and families.
