Allina Health Minneapolis Heart Institute seeks a General Cardiology Advanced Practice Provider to join MHI's Northern Tier sites in Baxter, MN and Crosby, MN. This role blends patient care and collaboration across clinics, with an 8-hour shift, 4 days a week.

Typical clinic hours, no weekend or on-call rotation, and strong emphasis on cardiology experience. Requires NP/PA master's degree and board certification; MN/WI license eligibility; BLS within 180 days; DEA/NPI as applicable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in NP/PA program and board eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Completes comprehensive patient assessments
• Determines diagnosis and treatment of illness
• Orders and interprets diagnostics in tandem with attending physician
• Prescribes medications, treatments, therapy and medical equipment
• Educates patients on chronic illness management and wellness care
