Qualifications

• REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s degree; 5 years of relevant management/administration experience; Clinical administration experience.
• PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Master’s level education; Knowledge of patient care environment including physician billing, collections, insurance filing, etc.; Experience with extramural research funding.

Responsibilities

• Supervise administrative and operational activities for the Division of Cardiology.
• Oversee budgeting, financial management, HR, and faculty affairs.
• Coordinate recruitment, workforce planning, and clinical operations across cardiology subspecialties.
• Develop and implement strategic plans and business models to support program growth.
