Job description

We are expanding our coverage for remote outpatient heart failure management into NC and MI in 2025 and are hiring for Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists!

Our fully virtual cardiology platform is seeking NC and/or MI licensed cardiologists with Advanced Heart Failure training to provide specialized outpatient care. Availability is self-scheduled, typically ranging from 8-10 hours per week.

Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve patient access to specialty care through evidence-based therapy, remote patient monitoring, and health coaching. We aim to enhance members' quality of life nationwide, starting with heart health. Our virtual platform has assembled a team of cardiologists, registered nurses, health coaches, and pharmacy technicians dedicated to revolutionizing member care.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct new and follow-up cardiology consultations via video.
2. Work fully remotely with flexible, self-scheduled hours.
3. Manage medications, including Guideline Directed Medical Therapy for heart failure patients.
4. Coordinate with registered nurses to ensure appropriate patient care.

Requirements:

1. Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology; Advanced Heart Failure training preferred.
2. Licensed to practice in NC and/or MI.
