We are expanding our remote outpatient heart failure management services into NC and MI in 2025 and are hiring Advanced Heart Failure-trained cardiologists!

Our fully virtual cardiology platform seeks NC and/or MI licensed cardiologists with Advanced Heart Failure training to provide specialized outpatient care. Availability is self-scheduled, typically ranging from 8-10 hours per week.

Our mission is to deliver a world-class member experience and improve access to specialty care through evidence-based therapy, remote monitoring, and health coaching, starting with heart health. Our team includes cardiologists, nurses, health coaches, and pharmacy technicians dedicated to transforming member care.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct new and follow-up cardiology consultations via video.
2. Operate fully remotely with flexible, self-scheduled hours.
3. Manage medications according to guideline-directed therapy for heart failure patients.
4. Coordinate with registered nurses to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Requirements:

1. Board-eligible or Board-certified in Cardiology; Advanced Heart Failure training preferred.
2. Valid NC and/or MI medical license.
