Job summary

Omega Recruiting is assisting a well-established cardiology group located about 30 minutes from downtown Chicago in Indiana. They seek a BE/BC Cardiologist for an immediate, full-time, inpatient and outpatient role.

The position features a robust benefit package, EPIC EMR, a 1:5 call rotation, and opportunities for mentorship within a collegial group of physicians.

Qualifications

• Full-time/permanent inpatient and outpatient practice.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible required; subspecialty interests encouraged.
• 1:5 call rotation and HIMSS Level VII EPIC EMR in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive cardiovascular care in a group practice.
• Manage both inpatient and outpatient cardiovascular services.
• Participate in a 1:5 call rotation and collaborate with system physicians.

Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Job Requirements

• Full-time/permanent position inpatient and outpatient practice
• Board Certified/Board Eligible required. Although subspecialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals
• Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
• Approximately 1:5 call rotation
• EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
• EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
