Job summary

Omega Recruiting is seeking a BE/BC Urologist for a well-established group 45 minutes from downtown Chicago. The practice balances a demanding professional life with personal life, offering mentorship and growth opportunities.

Full-time, inpatient and outpatient duties with a Monday–Friday schedule and EPIC EMR. Competitive salary, with added benefits including CME funds, relocation support, and sign-on bonuses negotiable.

Qualifications

• Board certification required; subspecialty interests encouraged with flexibility to design practice.
• Inpatient and outpatient Urology care in a single practice setting.
• Monday–Friday schedule with ~12–25 clinic patients per day; EPIC EMR used.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urology care in inpatient and outpatient settings.
• Collaborate with a collegial team and mentor junior physicians.
• Participate in clinic operations and contribute to growth of the practice.

Target Start Date: Upon an offer being made to and accepted by a provider, the credentialing process will take approximately 90-120 days before a provider can start with us.

Job Requirements

• \- Full-time/permanent position with inpatient and outpatient practice
• \- Board Certified/Board Eligible required. Although subspecialty interest are encouraged, with the opportunity to design practice around personal goals.
• \- Unique work structure conducive to utilizing all your skills
  • o Monday – Friday work schedule - flexible
  • o Approximately 12-25 clinic patients per day
• \- EMR system utilized in Inpatient & Outpatient settings
  • o EPIC – fully integrated HIMSS Stage VII (Only 5% of hospitals in country are at this level of sophistication)
  • o Easy to use; support department available
