OU Health in Oklahoma City is seeking a CTA - Care Team Associate to join the Cardiovascular Services team on full-time day shifts. Under RN supervision, you perform routine patient care tasks, monitor vital signs, collect specimens, assist with admissions and transfers, and help with treatments as outlined on the skills checklist.

Requires HS diploma or GED, current Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association, and CPCT/PCTC/AUA certification.

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Current Basic Life Support (American Heart Association) required.
• Certified Patient Care Technician (CPCT) OR Patient Care Technician (PCTC) OR Advanced Unlicensed Assistant (AUA) required.

Responsabilités

• Monitor patient health status and implement the plan of care.
• Record vital signs and assist with measurements as ordered.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers; transport patients as needed.
• Perform routine patient care tasks and sterile procedures under supervision.
