Job summary

Cardigan Ridge Senior Living, part of Lifespark Senior Living Community, is seeking compassionate caregivers (HHA/CNA) to support residents in Little Canada, MN. Competitive hourly wages and shift differentials for PM and NOC available.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents including activities of daily living.

At Cardigan Ridge Senior Living, we're redefining senior living in Little Canada, MN. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today!

Shifts Available: Full-Time and Part-Time AMs, PMs, and NOCs
HHA Wage: $17.00-$22.00 per hour
CNA Wage: $19.00-$24.00 per hour
Shift Differential:$1.00 for PMs, $2.00 for NOCs

In this position, you will be providing support to our residents with their personal care services including:

• CNA’s and HHA’sprovide direct care toall genders ofresidents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat eachresidentwith respect and dignity.
• Assistingresidents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations andprovideattentive care.
• Assistwith medication administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
• Strong interest in healthcare.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
