Spaulding Hospital-Cambridge, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide safe, competent nursing care and individualized patient assessment on site at 1575 Cambridge Street.

The role requires an Associate's or Bachelor's in Nursing, RN license, 0-1 year clinical nursing experience, and strong communication skills. You will administer medications, monitor patients, record vital signs, and coordinate with the healthcare team to adjust care plans as needed.

Formación

• Associate's Degree Nursing required or Bachelor's Degree Nursing preferred.
• Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? No.
• Licenses and Credentials: Registered Nurse (RN) – State License.
• Clinical nursing experience 0–1 year required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient confidentiality; excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Administer medications to patients and monitor for reactions or side effects.
• Record patients' medical information and vital signs; monitor, report changes.
• Consult and coordinate with healthcare team to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and conditions.
