Qualifications

• CNA certification and Basic Life Support required.

• New Hampshire LNA license required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keep patient areas clean and stocked to maintain safety.
• Manage supplies, equipment, and infection-control logs.
• Communicate kindly with patients, families, and the care team.
