Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Accept patient care assignments from the Charge RN or designee.
• Report changes in patient condition to the primary RN.
• Obtain, document, and report vital signs.
• Measure and document patient intake and output.
• Perform capillary blood glucose testing and report results.
• Perform ECGs as directed.
• Assist with patient transport and transfers.
• Respond to patient call lights and family requests.
• Support activities of daily living under nursing supervision.
