Job summary

You will assist with routine and special exams, ensure complete documentation in CHL and PACS, and help identify charges, contributing to quality care while maintaining regulatory compliance and strong communication

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 0–1 year of Healthcare-Ultrasound training is required.
• BLS CPR certification (American Red Cross or AHA) is required.

Responsibilities

• Under direct supervision, performs routine and special exams consistent with established protocols to minimize repeat examinations.
• Exam productivity is within the established benchmark.
• Under direct supervision, consistently completes ALL exams and documentation in CHL and PACS.
• As directed, consistently and accurately identifies ALL charges associated with studies.
• As directed, addresses errors and resolves issues related to the study results being sent to PACS.
• Under direct supervision, consistently demonstrate a commitment to safe practices as outlined by departmental policies.
• Exemplary customer service and service recovery.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
