Qualifications

• Current Nursing Licensure in Texas with NLC and ACLS/BLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Perform and document comprehensive patient assessments across age groups.
• Monitor and manage cardiac rhythms and medications including immunosuppressants.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Prioritize interventions and communicate changes to patients and families.
• Meet hospital policies and professional standards; document education and discharge planning.
• Provide patient and family teaching and daily rounds.
