You will perform complex assessments, lead critical interventions, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes. The role emphasizes patient advocacy, safety, and adherence to evidence-based nursing practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered nurse in AZ with a valid license.
• Minimum 1 year of recent acute care experience.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (CPR) certification.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, safe, evidence-based care to cardiac ICU patients.
• Document nursing care plans and patient responses within timeframes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Advocate for patients, maintain ethical practice, and ensure safety.
