Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of RN experience in inpatient settings.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Nursing (Associate Degree candidates must obtain a Bachelor's within five years).
• Current Illinois RN license.
• CPR certification (American Heart Association or Red Cross).
• ACLS and NIHSS certifications within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to cardiac telemetry patients, monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and respond to emergencies.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver quality patient care.
• Deliver patient-centered care, utilize telemetry monitoring, participate in team collaboration, and maintain compliance with licensing and safety standards.
