Centerpoint Medical Center Of Independence, Llc in Missouri is seeking a part-time Registered Nurse for Cardiac Telemetry to join our clinical team. You will deliver high-quality, patient-centered care aligned with standards, collaborate with physicians, and advocate for patients to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

RN licensure in Missouri (or applicable state).
Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) within 1 year of employment.

Responsibilities

Assess the patient’s condition at admission and each shift, reporting changes promptly.
Administer prescribed medications, monitor responses, and document care in the medical record.
Provide compassionate care and respond promptly to patient requests.
Educate patients and families about the condition, treatment plan, medications, and follow-up; translate medical terminology as needed.
