Job summary

Wellstar Health System, Cobb Hospital, is seeking a dedicated RN for full-time night shift (7pm-7am) on a 21-bed unit. A sign-on bonus and relocation assistance are available for eligible candidates.

The RN will be part of an interdisciplinary team, delivering high-quality, safe patient care under the Wellstar governance model and Professional Practice Model. Candidates must hold an RN license and show ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• RN licensure and certification required.
• Experience in hospital setting preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Perform the Nursing Process: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Provide relationship-based, culturally sensitive patient care.
• Communicate with patients, families, and the care team to coordinate care.
• Adhere to current clinical practice standards and Wellstar policies.
