Job summary

Wellstar Health System is seeking a dedicated RN to join the Cobb Medical Center MedSurg Cardiac unit for FT Night shifts from 7pm to 7am. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, interdisciplinary collaboration, and adherence to evidence-based practice.

Eligible candidates may receive a sign-on bonus and relocation assistance. The position requires GA RN licensure, a nursing degree, and current BLS/ACLS/PALS certifications, with a strong emphasis on compassionate, efficient care.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in GA or Compact multi-state license.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with required clinical hours.
• Current BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care on a 21-bed MedSurg/Cardiac unit.
• Document care accurately and participate in interdisciplinary rounds.
• Demonstrate evidence-based practice and professional nursing standards.
• Collaborate with team to ensure safety and quality outcomes.
