Job summary

Mercy is seeking a dedicated registered nurse in Collinsville, IL to provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process. You will coordinate care with other departments while upholding patient rights and confidentiality, and maintain professional accountability for the care delivered.

The role requires an accredited nursing degree and current RN licensure in the hiring state or a compact license, with BLS certification at minimum and multiple unit-specific

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited program (AD, Diploma, or BSN).
• RN license in hiring state or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• ACLS/ALS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, C-EFM or other unit-specific certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care following the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information.
• Maintain professional accountability for the care provided.

Education

Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN

RN licensure in hiring state and/or compact licensure
