Qualifications

• Current RN license in the hiring state or compact licensure; maintain per state requirements.
• Basic Life Support certification within 30 days of hire; other unit certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care using the Mercy Nursing Conceptual Framework and nursing process.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality.
• Maintain professional accountability for provision of patient care for assigned patients.
