Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Cardiac Telemetry Unit to deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care in a fast‑paced setting. You will work within a supportive nursing organization, providing evidence-based care and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe patient transitions.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and preferred acute Med/Surg experience. This position supports professional development, with opportunities for growth and relocation

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Diploma, ASN or BSN (preferred); Ability to obtain BSN within 4 years required.
• License/Certifications: Current RN MA license + BLS required. ACLS preferred.
• Experience: Prior acute Med/Surg experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit, including assessing, diagnosing, planning, intervening, evaluating, and educating patients
• Communicate with health care team members, patients, and their families
• Coordinate and delegate appropriate patient care activities to inter-professional colleagues
• Update and manage patient records
• Enter and interpret computerized data/information
• Follow guidelines and policies established by BMC’s nursing organization
• Assist the leadership team as needed in quality improvement projects
