Missouri RN licensure and BLS are required at hire; ACLS within 6 months. The unit offers growth opportunities into ICU, cath lab, or leadership roles within 18–24 months.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Missouri RN licensure.
• BLS certification required at hire; ACLS certification within 6 months.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret heart rhythms and ECGs.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations.
• Provide high-level, patient-centered nursing care for complex cardiac cases.
• Collaborate with cardiology providers to deliver evidence-based care.
