Abrazo Arrowhead Campus in Glendale, AZ is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit on a full-time day shift. The role focuses on direct patient care, collaboration with interdisciplinary teams, and applying the nursing process to deliver high-quality cardiac care.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of acute care experience in cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown settings, and hold an AZ RN license with BLS; ACLS required after orientation.

Qualifications

• One year of acute care nursing in cardiac, telemetry, CVICU, or ICU.
• AZ RN license (or eligibility) required.
• BLS certification required; ACLS upon orientation.
• BSN preferred (not required).

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct patient care following the nursing process and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plans.
• Supervise and delegate tasks to other healthcare team members.
• Participate in quality and safety initiatives.
• Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to safety protocols.
