The RN is responsible for planning, delivering and evaluating individualized nursing care, with emphasis on safety, evidence-based practice and family education. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• Current State of PA RN licensure or multi-state licensure via eNLC.
• Preferred certification in area of specialty.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to telemetry patients with cardiac conditions.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care per protocol.
• Supervise LPNs and care staff; delegate tasks as appropriate.
• Ensure patient safety and adherence to HIPAA and hospital policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team for optimal outcomes.
