Job summary

Collaborate with physicians and teams to monitor patients, perform procedures as ordered, and document care in a timely manner. This role emphasizes cardiac and medical‑surgical support with a strong focus on safety and outcomes.

Qualifications

• ACLS and BCLS certifications required or obtained within stated timelines.
• Minimum six months of clinical RN experience.
• Current Texas RN license or Multi‑State Compact with Texas eligibility (60 days to obtain Texas license).

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition during admission and each shift, reporting changes in status.
• Perform procedures or functions as ordered by the medical provider.
• Document the administration of care in the patient medical record promptly and thoroughly.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor responses.
• Maintain knowledge of medications, procedures, and equipment used in cardiac and medical‑surgical care.
