Job summary

Qualifications

• Enrollment in a nursing program is required.
• Clinical coursework in medical-surgical nursing is required.
• Completion of pharmacological concepts course is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living under RN supervision.
• Monitor vital signs and blood glucose as directed.
• Collaborate with RN to establish and adjust patient care plans.
• Assist with delegated medication administration under supervision.
• Position and transfer patients safely using proper techniques.
• Document and communicate patient status and needs clearly.
