Job summary

Providence St Vincent Medical Center in Portland, OR is seeking a part-time CNA 0.6 FTE to support the RN on the Cardiac Telemetry Unit. Shift is days, 7:00 am–7:30 pm, two 12-hour shifts weekly with rotating weekends.

The CNA will perform supervised nursing tasks and assist with patient care, under RN supervision, contributing to compassionate, patient-centered care. Benefits include parking, transit pass, tuition reimbursement, substantial PTO, and retirement options.

Qualifications

• Upon hire: Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS – American Heart Association
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Responsibilities

• The Certified Nursing Assistant assists a Registered Nurse (RN) in providing comprehensive nursing care by performing specified duties and functions under the direct supervision of the RN.
