Job summary

Essentia Health is seeking Nursing Assistants for the Cardiac Telemetry Unit in Fargo. The role is a full-time, 36 hours/week position with 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm and an every-other-weekend/holiday rotation.

Qualifications include CNA preferred, BLS within 3 months of hire, and ND DOH Nurse Assistant registration if not CNAt. Hiring incentive up to $1500 may apply.

Qualifications

• Provide direct care to patients under RN supervision.
• Assist with personal hygiene, nutrition, comfort, and safety.
• Take vital signs and report changes to the RN promptly.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and comfort in the Cardiac Telemetry Unit.
• Assist with activities of daily living and safe patient transfers.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and document care and observations.
