Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Current Oklahoma RN license.
• BLS certification required within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire.
• Two to five years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct nursing care as needed.
• Oversee direction and coordination of daily unit functions during shifts.
• Supervise assigned nursing and unit staff to ensure safe, compassionate patient care.
• Collaborate with Nursing Manager/Director on policies, resource allocation and quality initiatives.
