Qualifications

• Rising Senior or High School Diploma/GED required, or related field preferred.
• BLS certification required upon hire; ARC-BLS or BLS-I preferred.
• State-approved CNA or Patient Care Tech program completion preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote patient experience by partnering with the healthcare team and patient/family.
• Assist with daily living activities and comfort measures per plan of care.
• Support RN and healthcare team with care delivery and EMR documentation.
