Job summary

LanceSoft is seeking a Cardiac Surgical Stepdown RN to provide specialized care for post-operative cardiac patients in a high-acuity unit. The role emphasizes monitoring, documentation, and independent management of complex patient needs.

Required Oklahoma or multi-state RN license and at least 2 years of nursing experience. Night shifts, 3x12-hour rotations, with a premium weekend schedule and potential sign-on/relocation support.

Schedule

• Full-Time
• Nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
• 3x12-hour shifts (Fri-Sun or Sat-Mon)
• Premium weekend schedule

Compensation

• $33.15-$51.00/hr
• Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance (if applicable)
